Buddy & Selly is Europe’s leading retailer for purchase of second hand clothes, bags, shoes and accessories. We buy and sell second hand branded and designer fashion with a lot of passion and we are convinced that discarded designer brands will bring the next owners as much joy as the first. We are always looking for inspiring fashion, handbags, shoes or accessories from selected brands. We sell our branded goods within Germany and in other European countries via selected suppliers of designer fashion such as VITE ENVOGUE or marketplaces such as eBay.

You will find daily new women’s and men’s fashion as well as shoes, handbags and accessories with tested Buddy & Selly quality.

You send us your discarded branded fashion as usual. Since we have a very high demand on the quality of garments, it may happen that we are not able to buy all the pieces of your package. In this case, you have the opportunity to support quickly and easily social projects and donate the clothes that we can not buy directly to the German Clothing Foundation.
Of course, you still have the option to return the entire package at our expense.

For more than 50 years, the German Clothing Foundation has been collecting, sorting and distributing used and new clothing as a non-profit organization. With the donations of clothes and the proceeds from recycling, it supports clothing stores and social projects at home and abroad to help people live in warmth and dignity. – You can find more information about the work of the Deutsche Kleiderstiftung here.

Buddy & Selly buys second hand brand and designer fashion – whether women’s or men’s fashion, handbags, shoes or accessories.
There are just a few details you should keep in mind when selling to us:

  • The items should be in very good condition
  • No oversized, undersized, customized, altered items.
  • No underwear, swimwear, sportswear, hosiery, watches.
  • Occur in our trademark register.

Please understand that furs are not purchased by us. We only buy reptile leather if the processing complies with the Washington Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species and is certified accordingly.

Attention! No plagiarism at Buddy & Selly.

Please understand that we need a copy of your identity card when purchasing very high quality brands. These brands include, such as, Balenciaga, Chloé, Fendi, Givenchy, Gucci, Hermès, Louis Vuitton, MCM, Miu Miu.

This is to protect the buyer and your data will be- according to our privacy agreement – treated confidentially of course.

No, Buddy & Selly does not require a purchase receipt. However, if it is still available, this will of course make it easier for us to evaluate your item and we will be happy if you bring it with you to the store or if you put it in your mail.

We at Buddy & Selly distinguish the following article states:

New: The item is new and unworn & with the original label.

Very good: The item was rarely worn, is flawless and has minimal signs of use.

Good: The item has already been worn, small flaws and traces of use possible.

In case of large quantities of 50 pieces or more or especially high-quality items, you are welcome to make an appointment with us and we will pick up your brand or designer items.

Currently it is only possible in Hamburg.

Buddy & Selly gladly receives packages from abroad. Currently, it is possible from the following EU countries:

Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark (except Faroe Islands, Greenland), Estonia, Finland (except Åland Islands), France (except overseas territories and departments), Greece (except Mount Athos), United Kingdom (except Channel Islands), Ireland, Italy (except Livigno and Campione d’Italia), Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands (except non-European territories), Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (except Canary Islands, Ceuta + Melilla), Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus (except northern part).

It is free to send something to Buddy & Selly. Just use our Buddy & Selly shipping documents and we will pay the postage (insured shipping up to 31 kg.)

Please note that free shipping is only available from Germany currently.

If you do not like our offer, we will gladly send you the items back insured and at our expenses. If your items are not included in our trademark register and/or do not meet our purchase criteria, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Our team of experts checks the items first for authenticity, quality and timeliness. Based on these factors, as well as current demand and trends, our system calculates the purchase prices. Our purchase prices are based on the current parameters of the secondhand market and are adjusted daily to provide you with the best possible offer.

In the process of price determination, different factors are taken into account, such as the condition and timeliness of the items. With our finger on the pulse of time, we always strive to offer you a fair market price for your items

If you do not agree with our purchase price or you dont not want to leave your designer pieces with us, you will receive your items directly back when you visit our purchase store. If you have sent us your items by mail, we will of course send the goods back to you insured and at our expense.

In our purchase store we pay you out directly. If you have sent us your items by mail, you will receive a price quote from us by phone or in text. Afterwards you are free to decide within the next 5 working days, if you want to accept our offer. You only have to send us your bank details and we will transfer the money to you immediately. To make sure that the money is transferred to the right person, the seller and the account holder should be the same. Generally, a transfer takes not more than 2-3 business days.

After we have sent you our price offer, you have the choice to decide within the next 5 working days if you would like to accept our offer. You only need to give us your bank details and we will transfer you the money to your account immediately. Generally, this takes 2-3 working days.
