Terms and Conditions for the Buddy & Selly Contest – Black Deal Giveaway

1. Organizer
The contest is organized by Buddy & Selly GmbH.

2. Eligibility
Participation is open to all natural persons aged 18 and over with residence in Germany, Austria or Luxemburg. Employees of Buddy & Selly GmbH and their family members are excluded from participation.

3. Participation Requirements
The contest runs from November 26, 2025, to November 30, 2025 (the postmark date is decisive).
Participation is by placing an order within the promotional period. To participate, the current code of the ongoing campaign must be entered in the voucher field and at least half of the order must be retained. Each order counts as one entry.
However, only orders that meet the conditions of participation will be entered into the prize draw per participant.
Participation in the competition is free of charge.

4. Prize
The winner will receive a Chanel Flap Bag Large in beige.
The prize is neither transferable nor exchangeable for cash or any other item.

5. Winner Selection & Notification
The winner will be drawn randomly on January 9th, 2026.
Notification will be sent via email to the address provided with the submission.
If the winner does not respond to the notification within 7 days, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be drawn.

6. Prize Delivery
The prize will be sent by post to the address provided by the winner.
Any shipping costs incurred will be covered by Buddy & Selly.
Any additional costs associated with claiming the prize will be borne by the winner.
The winner is responsible for any taxation of the prize.

7. Data Protection
To participate in the contest, personal data must be provided.
The participant assures that the provided information is truthful and correct.
Personal data will only be used for conducting the contest and will not be shared with third parties.
In the event of winning, the winner agrees to the publication of their name and place of residence in the advertising media used by Buddy & Selly.
This particularly includes announcements on the website and social media platforms.
Participants may withdraw their consent to the use of their data at any time in writing.
Upon withdrawal of consent, the collected and stored personal data will be immediately deleted.

8. Legal Notices
Legal recourse is excluded.
The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be paid out in cash.
Buddy & Selly reserves the right to terminate or modify the contest at any time without prior notice and without stating reasons.

9. Meta Disclaimer
This contest is in no way connected to Meta and is neither sponsored, supported, nor organized by Meta.

10. Severability Clause
Should any provision of these terms and conditions be wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining terms and conditions shall remain unaffected.
The invalid provision shall be replaced by a legally permissible regulation that comes closest to the meaning and purpose of the invalid provision.
The same applies to any loopholes in the regulations.
