Here’s how it works:
You can find your personal referral code in your customer account. Simply share it with your friends. When your code is redeemed, you both benefit.
The new customer receives a 30% discount on their first order. Each referral code is limited to a maximum of 3 successful redemptions by 3 different new customers. For each successful redemption, the referrer receives a 40% discount code valid on everything, which will appear in their customer account or be sent via email within 60 days.
Terms and Condition for the Buddy & Selly Referral-Promotion
1. Eligibility: Participation is open to individuals (natural person) who have reached the age of 18. Employees of the Buddy & Selly GmbH and their relatives are excluded from participating in the referral program.
2. Terms for the new customer (referred individual)
- New customers will receive a 30% discount on the entire product range.
- The offer applies exclusively to the first offer (initial purchase) at Buddy & Selly.
3. Limitation of recommendations: Each personal referral code is limited to a maximum of 3 successful redemptions by 3 different new customers. After the third redemption, the code will expire and can no longer be shared or used.
4. Terms for the Referrer (Reward)
- As a thank-you gesture, the referrer receives a 40% discount on the entire product range.
- The voucher code will be sent via email within 60 days, as soon as the 30-day return period for the referred friend’s order has entirely expired.
- If the voucher has not been received at the end of this period, it can be requested through our customer service at [email protected] by providing the order details.
- A maximum of three friends can successfully be referred per year. This limit will automatically reset after 12 months, allowing for up to three successful referrals again.
5. Combinability & Cash Payout: The voucher code cannot be combined with other voucher codes. A cash payment of the voucher value as well as a retroactive application to orders already placed are excluded.
6. Prohibition of Abuse & Self-Promotion: Self-promotion (e.g., the creation of secondary accounts to use one’s own code) is strictly prohibited. Buddy & Selly systematically checks all transactions for irregularities. In the event of proven abuse, all associated vouchers will be cancelled, accounts will be blocked, and Buddy & Selly expressly reserves the right to take legal action.
7. Data Protection: Data collected as part of the Buddy & Selly referral program is processed exclusively for the purpose of administering the promotion (creation and dispatch of vouchers) in accordance with applicable Data Protection Regulations (DSGVO).
8. The Right to Modify: Buddy & Selly reserves the right to modify the promotion or terminate it prematurely at any given time for valid reasons.
